Kamil Wins Third Place for His Project SEED Poster

Congratulations to Kamil Balci, who received third place for his poster at the ACS Project SEED symposium. Kamil joined the group this summer through Project SEED, and it has been a pleasure to see his work recognized.

New Preprint on Uncertainty Quantification for Molecular Docking

Our new preprint, ConfDock, is online. Led by Haochang Hao with Nour, and in collaboration with Lu Cheng’s group at the University of Illinois Chicago, it introduces a conformal prediction framework that puts atom-specific error bars on molecular docking poses.

Welcome Kamil to the Group!

We are happy to welcome Kamil Balci to the lab through the ACS Project SEED program. Kamil will spend the summer with us getting hands-on experience with computational research on biomolecular systems.

Oliver Receives SSRP Summer Research Funding

Congratulations to Oliver, who has been selected to receive funding through the Sponsored Summer Research Programs (SSRP) at Case Western Reserve University. We are grateful for the support, which will allow Oliver to pursue full-time research with the group this summer.
